The Dodds Program Manager

This is the person assigned as head of your athletic program/tour. He/she is responsible for making all arrangements for the tour and the general supervision of all tour activities. In addition, the Manager is responsible for computer processing, organization of applications, confirmation mailings, final mailings, airport and land-only document packets, payments, refunds, preparing flight manifests, and hotel rooming lists. The Program Manager and staff will oversee airport departures and arrivals; luggage handling at airports and hotels, all transfers, hotel check-in and departures, staffing of all tour-sponsored activities and the staff at the hospitality desks in the various tour hotels. The program manager will also oversee the implementation of our exclusive software program, TOUR TRAC, specifically designed for athletic tours.
