Our experienced program managers work year round on only athletic tours maintaining close contact with major airlines, high quality hotels, the best land operators and key personnel in various bowl locations. We continually update information in order to be fully prepared during the selection season, when timing is critical and the ability to respond well is crucial. The Dodds Program Manager[ Click here to learn more about our staff! ] This is the person assigned as head of your athletic program/tour. He/she is responsible for making all arrangements for the tour and the general supervision of all tour activities. In addition, the Manager is responsible for computer processing, organization of applications, confirmation mailings, final mailings, airport and land-only document packets, payments, refunds, preparing flight manifests, and hotel rooming lists. The Program Manager and staff will oversee airport departures and arrivals; luggage handling at airports and hotels, all transfers, hotel check-in and departures, staffing of all tour-sponsored activities and the staff at the hospitality desks in the various tour hotels. The program manager will also oversee the implementation of our exclusive software program, TOUR TRAC, specifically designed for athletic tours. |
